This coaching program centers on my reflective journal, “Designed for Purpose: Discovering God's Daily Direction.” Offered for individuals or groups, attendees receive personalized and directed coaching through the four-week layout of the book. For individuals, this program includes the option of weekly in-person sessions. However, for individuals and groups, it includes weekly in-person Zoom calls, text communication, and a closing session. You can also request me as a speaker for your conference, group, or event, where I will customize an interactive presentation based on the key messages from my book.
iNdiviDual COAchinG
Green Vine Coaching offers 60 minute individual, customized, faith-based professional and personal coaching. Through a series of guided assessments, exercises, reflection, and action planning, you will explore how you can align your life goals with God’s purpose for you and thrive each day. With individual coaching programs, you can schedule bi-weekly or monthly and expect weekly in-person Zoom calls, text communication, and a closing session.

As a coach who has been down this path myself, I understand that personal development is just the beginning and that the next step in this journey is making the choices necessary to realign our lives to our God-given destinies. To assist you in this process, I offer two options for professional training.
Integrity Centered Leadership
I offer training and presentations to organizations and groups in Green Vine Strategies' proprietary leadership model titled “Integrity Centered Leadership.” With this program, you will learn how to lead in authenticity and help your teams and organization achieve their potential.
Maxwell DISC Profile workshop
I also offer a Maxwell DISC Personality Profile Assessment & Workshop for individuals and teams. With this program, you will learn to understand your individual personality, recognize your strengths and weaknesses, and more effectively build relationships at home and at work.
